In this presentation, given at BPI EU 2021, Tom Fletcher, R&D Director, Process Sciences, introduces the new Manufacturing Science and Technology (MSAT) service, which was created in response to the needs of biopharmaceutical manufacturers for better cell culture media preparation methods. Whether the needs are to reduce cost, save time, or improve reliability, the MSAT service helps identify opportunities for practical improvement of existing solution preparation processes. Case studies are provided as examples of various approaches.
