SeeDB2 Trial Kit is a tissue clearing reagent kit for SeeDB2 method. This method was developed by Dr. Meng-Tsen Ke and Dr. Takeshi Imai etc. This kit is constituted saponin, SeeDB2S Solution, SeeDB2G Solution and PBS. A block of brain tissue can be made transparent by only soaking into solution in the prepared kit.

The method can preserve fine structure of the brain tissue, and adjust refractive index (1.52) suitable for oil immersion lens used high resolution imaging.

It's available for a quantitative analysis of dendrite spine.
