Return Policy

A Return Goods Authorization number and shipping instructions must be obtained from our Customer Service Department prior to returning any product. All product must be returned in good condition and is subject to a handling and restocking charge of 20 percent plus freight. No product may be returned after 30 days.

Where spoilage occurs in transit, please advise Customer Service and request instructions immediately upon receipt of the shipment. Credit will not be issued on any items that are returned without prior authorization.

Custom prepared products cannot be returned and cancellation of custom prepared products will not be accepted once manufacturing has begun.

Overseas customers: To better serve you and reduce turnaround time (TAT) of credit issue to your account,  

  1. Commercial invoice to reference
    1. Return merchandise authorization (RMA) #, NCR#, and/or CAF#. 
    2. "U.S. goods return for XX purpose.  No commercial value. Value for customs purposes only." 
      1. State reason for return. E.g. Product return for XYZ reason.  Common XX reasons are: repair, overage, test & evaluation, R&D, damage, rework, out of conformance, exhibition. etc.
  2. Origin point/sender must forward a copy of the shipping document e.g. Commercial invoice, packing list, copy of hawb, tracking number / airway bill, other supporting declarations. Foreign initiator shall send pre-alerts/notification to fisitradecompliance@fujifilm.com

*AGR program

For shipments valued > USD $2,500, the foreign initiator will provide supplemental declaration, Foreign Shipper Declaration pursuant § 10.1 (a) (1).

Credit will not be issued on any items that are returned without prior authorization.
