Details

Artemin is a neurotrophin member of the glial cell line-derived neurotrophic factor (GDNF) ligand family. Artemin is highly expressed in the adult pituitary gland, placenta, and trachea, and shows low level expression in the brain, spinal cord, and peripheral tissues. Artemin signals through the RET receptor and GDNF family receptor alpha 3 (GFR3) co-receptor complex to support neuronal survival.

Instructions

Centrifuge vial before opening. Suspend the product by gently pipetting the above recommended solution down the sides of the vial. DO NOT VORTEX. Allow several minutes for complete reconstitution. For prolonged storage, dilute to working aliquots in a 0.1% BSA solution, store at -80°C and avoid repeat freeze thaws.
