Do not administer it to human.This kit can isolate extracellular vesicles by PS affinity method using a resin carrier immobilized with phosphatidylserine(PS) such as exosome having PS on the membrane surface conveniently with high purity. It is a kit that uses a nonmagnetic resin carrier and captures extracellular vesicles in a metal ion-dependent manner as like MagCapture Exosome Isolation Kit PS (code 293-77601) using magnetic beads. Extracellular vesicles close to intact under neutral conditions can be eluted with a chelating agent.
