microRNA Extractor Kit for Purified EV is designed for extraction of total RNA, including microRNA, from extracellular vesicles (EV), including exosomes, using spin columns. High concentrations of RNA can be recovered with a small amount of elution buffer (20 μL), making it suitable for analyses such as next-generation sequencing (NGS) etc.

There is no need for phenol and chloroform to use this kit.
The extracted RNA by this kit can use various downstream analyses such as NGS, microarray, and RT-qPCR.
