Analysis of Exosomal miRNA by NGS
RNA was extracted from the exosomes isolated using MagCapture Exosome Isolation Kit PS Ver.2 and analyzed by NGS.
Result: More miRNAs were detected with Fujifilm Wako’s product compared to the conventional products of other companies.
Comparison of RNA yield with conventional products
Exosomes were isolated from umbilical cord-derived mesenchymal stem cells using the MagCapture Exosome Isolation Kit PS Ver.2, and RNA was extracted using three different kits. RNA was measured by QuantiFluor RNA System (Promega Corporation) and RT-qPCR.

Result: Fujifilm Wako’s product showed higher RNA extraction efficiency than the conventional products of other companies.
