Marketing and Business Intelligence Analyst

Job Function:

We are hiring a Marketing and Business Intelligence Analyst. The Marketing and Business Intelligence Analyst will be part of the Marketing Communications department and will help drive commercial success and meet business objectives. This role will be responsible for analyzing a wide range of data to provide actionable insight into our marketing tactics and department performance. Fujifilm uses See, Think, Plan, Do, See Again methodology to drive continuous improvement. This newly added position will play a pivotal role is this process. The person in this role will perform a range of duties required to collate and analyze data from a range of MarTech platforms. In this role you will help define as well as measure key performance metrics to achieve optimal performance of our initiatives and our marketing operations.

Job Duties:

  • Partner with business leaders and Marketing to understand their business goals and analytical needs to provide accurate and actionable marketing communications data and reports
  • Measure and report on marketing campaign results and campaign efficacy; including channel metrics, attribution, lead and opportunity sourcing, and Sales ROI
  • Collate data from company MarTech and external platforms including; Google Analytics, Magento, Marketo, Microsoft Dynamics/Salesforce.com, JIRA, SAP, and BI platform
  • Analyze data to provide insight into website performance and how to optimize for commercial success
  • Collaborate with communications and demand generation team members by interpreting metrics to optimize campaigns and business performance
  • Develop and report on key department metrics including efficiency and resource demand
  • Develop dashboards to provide visibility on marketing campaign and business performance to business leaders
  • Keep current and align marketing metrics on industry best practices
  • Partner with MarTech platform administrators and IT on integration and data flow

Experience/Education:

  • Bachelor Degree in Data Science, Business Intelligence, Mathematics, Statistics, Operations Research, Computer Science or equivalent
  • 2+ years’ experience supporting marketing departments, including knowledge of B2B marketing and sales funnel
  • 2+ years’ experience in business intelligence data analysis
  • Experience working with a range of platforms including: Tableau, JIRA, Marketo, Salesforce.com, and Google Analytics
  • Experience building dashboards to provide visibility of data insights and business performance to stakeholders
  • Demonstrated ability to interpret complex data to produce easy to interpret reports and dashboards
  • Experience with Google Analytics and website analysis
  • Demonstrated understanding sales funnel and buyers journey preferred
  • B2B experience preferred
  • Strong report modeling and data management skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate with stakeholders across multiple departments and levels
  • Strong time-management, organization, and prioritization skills
  • Able to produce accurate work with strong attention to detail
  • Expert knowledge of Excel
  • Working knowledge of PowerPoint
