Iscove's Modified Dulbecco's Medium - Liquid

Iscove's Modified Dulbecco's Medium (IMDM) is a modification of Dulbecco's Basal Medium Eagle (BME) that uses high glucose and pyruvate, additional amino acids, 25mM HEPES, selenium, and other components. IMDM is designed for serum-free growth of hemopoietic cells in culture and supports the growth of lymphocytes and a variety of other hybrid cells.

With:

• 25mM HEPES buffer
• 3024mg/L Sodium Bicarbonate

Without:

• Alpha-Thioglycerol
• L-Glutamine, add 20 mL/L (200mM)
