Ham's F-12K (Kaighn's Nutrient Mixture F-12) - Liquid

Ham's F-12K (Kaighn's Nutrient Mixture F-12) was originally developed for use in cloning Chinese hamster ovary and lung cells. This medium is useful with serum supplements for a variety of cell culture applications, including the growth of myeloma and hybridoma cells.

With:

• 2500 mg/L Sodium Bicarbonate

Without:

• Ascorbic Acid
• Linoleic Acid
• L-Glutamine - add 10 mL/L (200mM)
