SB431542 inhibits ALK4, 5, 7. Reports on the simulation of formation of mono-layers, differentiation, and proliferation of embryonic stem cell-derived endothelial cells. Otherwise, this reagent, when used together with thiazovivin and PD0325901, increases the reprogramming efficiency by 200 fold as well as accelerates reprogramming.
