PBS 10X Dulbecco's Phosphate Buffered Saline Solution can be used to provide a buffer system to maintain cell culture media in the physiological pH range, or to irrigate, transport, or dilute fluid while maintaining cell tonicity and viability.

Without:

• Calcium and Magnesium Salts
• Phenol Red
• Sodium Bicarbonate
