PS Capture Exosome Flow Cytometry Kit

The PS Capture Exosome Flow Cytometry Kit enables easy qualification of exosomes and other extracellular vesicles (EVs) from cell culture supernatant and body fluid specimens without the need for purification or concentration procedures. This kit uses the new PS affinity method to capture exosomes and EVs on magnetic beads directly from samples. It then provides high sensitivity detection of surface marker proteins by flow cytometry. In addition, this kit can detect any surface marker proteins on exosomes and EVs within three hours.
