Anti PA tag, Rat Monoclonal Antibody
PA tag was consisted of 12 amino acids (GVAMPGAEDDVV) and has been used as the tag for detection and/or purification of PA tag fusion recombinant proteins.
However, high background signal might be observed when used for cells such as human glioblastoma cell line LN319 that highly expresses podopuranin.
It has been confirmed that no cross-immunoreactivity occurs in mouse, rat, hamster, and canine cell lines.
