Western Blot

CD9 proteins on exosome isolated using our kit were detected with this product and competitor antibody using a western blot method in non-reducing conditions.

This product is higher detection sensitivity of CD9 than competitor antibody.

ELISA

The cross-reactivity of this product with human, mouse, rat, and bovine serum was detected.

Using this product and competitor antibody as primary antibody, preprocessed exosomes* from cell culture supernatant of COLO201 was measured by ELISA kit of our product.

Flow cytometry

Preprocessed exosomes* from cell culture supernatant of COLO201 was isolated using our flow cytometry kit. After this product, competitor antibody and fluorescence-labeled anti mouse antibody (secondary antibody) reacted with exosomes, antigens on exosome were detected by flow cytometry.
