Anti CD63, Monoclonal Antibody (3-13)
for Immunochemistry
It is a mouse monoclonal antibody against CD63 (lysosome-associated membrane glycoprotein 3: LAMP3) produced from hybridoma (Clone No. 3-13).
CD63 is a membrane protein with four transmembrane domains and is used as a marker protein for activated blood platelets. It is also present in monocytes and macrophages, and it is known to be weakly expressed in granulocytes, B cells and T cells.
In recent years, CD63 has been used as a marker of extracellular vesicles, and proteins, microRNAs, DNA and the like contained in these vesicles attract attention.
