Alpha MEM Earle's Salts - Liquid

Alpha MEM Earle's Salts is designed for growth of a mouse-hamster hybridoma cell line, this Modified Eagle's Essential Medium is supplemented with amino acids, vitamins, and nucleosides.

With:

• 2200 mg/L Sodium Bicarbonate
• Deoxyribonucleosides
• Ribonucleosides

Without:

• L-Glutamine, add 10 mL/L (200 mM)
