Cell and Gene Therapy Specialist

We are hiring a Cell and Gene Therapy Specialist. The Cell and Gene Therapy Specialist will be responsible for sales of Fujifilm’s Life Sciences Cell and Gene Therapy Products.

This position will support the San Diego or San Francisco, CA market.

• Achieve assigned target for Cell and Gene Therapy products in their assigned region
• Provide Bioproduction sales support to Generalist, Distribution and Global Strategic Account Teams by attending customer meetings, tradeshows and workdays
• Identify new opportunities at local Global Strategic Account locations
• Identify non-Global Strategic Accounts that have potential to reach revenue levels for Cell and Gene Therapy products over $500K
• Help train distributor partners on how to place and sell cell and gene therapy products
• Follow process on entering opportunities into CRM and keeping information correct and up to date
• Provide information to internal teams on customer feedback, market updates and competitor information
• Complete all assigned training and classes
• Attend all required meeting

• Bachelor's degree in a Life Science Area
• 5 to 10 years of Cell and Gene Therapy sales
• Understanding of sales process and definitions
• Cell and Gene Therapy workstream
• Market Dynamics of individual sales territories
• Funnel Management

• For California, the base salary range for this position is $111,755 - $156,560. Compensation for the successful candidate will depend on various factors (e.g., qualifications, education, prior experience, location, etc.).
