Thank you for your interest in our in-booth vitrification workshops at ESHRE. Please complete the form below and select your top 3 date and time preferences to reserve your spot. Your choices are 30-minute slots on the following days.
- Monday, July 4 (9 AM–12:30 PM; 1 PM–4:30 PM)
- Tuesday, July 5 (9 AM–12:30 PM; 1 PM–4:30 PM)
- Wednesday, July 6 (9 AM–2:00 PM)
We will send a confirmation email with your scheduled time slot(s). Please note that scheduling is first come, first served, and confirmed times may differ. Your email will solely be used to confirm your scheduled workshop time slot, unless you opt into email communications.
