IS CHO-CD XP™ Culture System is comprised of a growth medium (IS CHO-CD XP™), a feed medium (IS CHO FEED-CD XP™), and a hydrolysate supplement (IS Hydrolysate Blend XP™). When used without hydrolysates the kit is also chemically-defined. The system components can be used individually or in various combinations according to the needs of specific CHO culture processes. The kit contains a set of the most commonly used medium configurations.
